Because many RXTOS products are digital files, access-based assets, or support-delivered products, refund eligibility depends on delivery status and product type.
Digital Delivery
Products may be delivered as files, links, access details, account transfer, or support-assisted setup.
Manual Review
Every refund request is reviewed based on order status, delivery status, and the product type purchased.
General Policy
RXTOS sells digital products, resale assets, templates, websites, store packages, tools, subscription-style products, and account-based assets. Because these products are digital and can be copied, accessed, downloaded, transferred, or delivered manually, refund requests are reviewed carefully.
Submitting an order means you understand that delivery may be instant, manual, support-assisted, or access-based depending on the selected product.
Refunds Before Delivery
If payment was completed but the product has not yet been delivered, accessed, transferred, activated, or prepared for manual delivery, you may contact support to request a review.
If the order is still pending and no delivery work has started, support may approve cancellation or refund depending on the payment method and order status.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available after a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, activated, transferred, or sent to the buyer. This includes files, links, account access, subscription access, website assets, templates, store packages, and manually delivered products.
Refunds are also not available when the buyer changes their mind after delivery, fails to use the product correctly, provides incorrect information, or requests cancellation after support has already started manual delivery or transfer work.
Product Delivery
RXTOS may deliver products through email, Telegram, download links, account transfer, access credentials, setup instructions, or support-assisted delivery. Delivery time depends on the product type and support queue.
If a product requires manual transfer, setup, account confirmation, or special delivery steps, the buyer must follow support instructions to complete delivery successfully.
Payment Method Limitations
Some payment methods may have restrictions, network fees, bank delays, crypto transfer rules, or third-party processing limits. If a refund is approved, the final refund amount and timing may depend on the payment method used.
How to Request a Review
To request a refund review, contact RXTOS support and include your name, email, selected product, payment details, order date, and reason for the request. Support will review the case and respond with the next step.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Each case is reviewed based on product type, delivery status, order status, and whether the product has already been accessed or delivered.
